"I have been having hypnotherapy sessions with Heather for about 3 months to help with crippling anxiety and insomnia. Before I started seeing Heather I had regular panic attacks and very rarely slept for more than a few hours per night. Using the relaxation techniques Heather has taught me I now sleep well and am able to recognise when my thoughts are heading in a negative and self destructive direction and can steer myself back to a positive outlook. I can’t recommend Heather highly enough. She is lovely to talk to and has changed my life. I feel like a different person.
